2. How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?
We recommend booking as soon as you have your wedding date confirmed. Popular dates can book up 12–18 months in advance, so reach out early to secure your spot!
3. Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely! We love capturing destination weddings and elopements. Travel fees may apply depending on the location, so let us know where your celebration is, and we’ll create a custom quote.
4. How many photos and videos will we receive?
For a full-day wedding, you can expect approximately 400–700 edited photos. Highlight films are typically 3–6 minutes, and full-feature films (if included) can range from 20–60 minutes.
5. How long does it take to receive our photos and videos?
Our standard delivery time is 6-8 weeks for photos and up to 12 weeks for videos. We’ll also share a photo sneak peek within 48 hours of your wedding!
6. Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes! Engagement sessions are a great way for us to get to know each other and for you to feel comfortable in front of the camera. They’re included in every wedding booking, or you can book it separately.
7. What happens if it rains or there’s bad weather on our wedding day?
We’re experienced in working with all types of weather! We’ll bring the necessary equipment and creativity to make the most of your day, whether it’s shooting indoors, using umbrellas for romantic outdoor shots, or finding unique ways to embrace the weather.
8. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is typically due two weeks before your wedding day.
9. Can we request specific shots or styles?
Of course! We want to ensure your photos and videos reflect your vision. Share your ideas, inspiration, and any must-have shots with us during our pre-wedding consultation.
10. Will you work with our other vendors?
Absolutely! We’re team players and will collaborate with your planner, venue, and other vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly and is captured beautifully.
11. Do you provide raw/unedited files?
We don’t provide raw files, as they are an unfinished product. We carefully edit each image and video to reflect our style and ensure the highest quality.
12. What if we need to reschedule or cancel our wedding?
If you need to reschedule, let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date. Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in our contract, including the non-refundable deposit.
13. Can we meet you before booking?
Yes! We’d love to connect with you via a phone call, video chat, or in-person meeting to discuss your wedding and answer any questions you may have.
14. Do you back up our photos and videos?
Yes, we take backups very seriously. Your files are stored on multiple hard drives and cloud storage to ensure they are safe and secure.
15. Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes, we offer high-quality albums and prints to help preserve your memories for years to come. You can order these through us after your wedding.
