What’s the booking process like?

Once you’ve decided we’re the right fit, the process is simple. We’ll send through a short online contract and invoice — a 50% deposit secures your date.
After that, we’ll organise a pre-wedding catch-up to talk through your plans, your vision, and everything that matters most to you. From there, you can relax knowing your memories are in good hands.

What wedding photography packages do you offer?

We offer a range of photo, video, and combined packages to suit different celebrations — from intimate elopements to full-day weddings. Every package includes beautifully edited, high-resolution images in a private online gallery, with the option to add albums or engagement sessions.

How far in advance should we book?

Popular dates often book out 12–18 months ahead. Once you have your venue and date locked in, we recommend getting in touch — it’s never too early to start the conversation.

Do you travel for weddings and elopements?

Absolutely! We’re based on the Gold Coast but love travelling wherever love takes us.
Travel fees may apply for weddings outside South East Queensland or Northern New South Wales — just let us know your location and we’ll create a personalised quote.

How many photos will we receive?

For a full-day wedding, you can expect around 600–900 professionally edited images — all delivered in high resolution through an online gallery for easy sharing and downloading.

How long will it take to receive our photos?

You’ll receive a sneak peek within 48 hours (because we know how exciting that first look is!).
Your full gallery will be delivered within 6–8 weeks, and films within 8–10 weeks.

Do you offer engagement sessions?

Yes — and we love them. Engagement sessions are a relaxed way to get comfortable in front of the camera and connect with us before your wedding. They’re included in many of our packages or can be booked separately.

What if it rains on our wedding day?

Rain has its own kind of magic. We’ve worked in every kind of weather, and we’re always ready to adapt — whether that means finding beautiful indoor light or embracing the rain with umbrellas. Your story will still shine through, just as it should.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes — a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your wedding.

Can we request specific shots or photography styles?

We love when couples share inspiration or moments that are especially meaningful to them — it helps us understand what matters most to you. While we don’t directly replicate another photographer’s style or pose list, we absolutely take your ideas as creative direction.
From there, we interpret them in our own way — blending your vision with our candid, emotional storytelling approach to create something that feels authentic and uniquely you.

Will you work with our wedding vendors?

Absolutely. We love collaborating with planners, florists, venues, and all the creatives who help bring your vision to life. A great team always makes for a smoother day and even better results.

Do you provide RAW or unedited images?

We don’t provide RAW files, as they don’t reflect our finished work. Every image you receive is carefully selected and edited in our signature timeless style — true to the way your day felt.

What happens if we need to reschedule or cancel?

We understand plans can change. Please reach out as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate a new date. Cancellations are subject to the terms of your contract, including the non-refundable deposit.

Can we meet before we book?

Yes — we’d love that! Whether it’s a quick call, video chat, or a coffee on the coast, it’s important to us that you feel comfortable and connected before we document your story.

Do you back up our photos?

Always. Your memories are safely stored across multiple hard drives and secure cloud backups — we take preservation as seriously as creation.

Do you offer albums and prints?

Yes — we offer fine art wedding albums and high-quality prints, designed to last for generations. These can be ordered after your gallery is delivered.

Can we book you for both photo and video?

Definitely — and that’s where our best work happens. As a photo and video team, we share one vision, one rhythm, and one goal: to tell your story seamlessly from every angle.

What’s your shooting style like on the day?

Our approach is a mix of guided and candid — we’ll gently direct when needed, but most of the time you’ll hardly notice us there. We focus on real emotion, genuine connection, and all the in-between moments that make your story uniquely yours.
